Job Description
Monday through Friday 8: 30-5 PM
Must be a Licsened RN in NYS
24-4 years relevant nursing and or health care exp with client coordination responsibilitites
Prior experience in long-term care, managed health or insurance environment preferred
Certified Case Manage (CCM) a plus
Bi-lingual in Englishand another language a plus: Korean, Mandarin/Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Creold
Must be fully vaccinated.
