Certifications/Licences:
- BLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
- Master’s degree preferred
- RN license in the State of CO
- Certification in case management (preferred)
- RN Case Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, Master’s degree preferred with 3+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting and at least 5+years of case management experience in a hospital setting
