What Youll Do
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process and established professional standards.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate education for patients, families, and care teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Delegate, direct, and coordinate nursing and ancillary team resources.
- Evaluate care outcomes using relevant data, information, and clinical knowledge.
- Promote patient safety, privacy, quality outcomes, and a positive patient experience.
- Adapt communication and care approaches to support diverse patient populations.
What You Need
Required- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
- Registered nurse diploma
- At least 2 years of experience
- Strong organization, time management, communication, and judgment skills
Preferred- Associate or bachelors degree in nursing
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
