Position Summary
As an RN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and guiding nursing staff. You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and help create a safe, compassionate environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment focused on resident-centered care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
?
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
- Preferred
- Previous experience as an RN Charge Nurse.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care experience.
