RN Clinic Manager

Community Care is hiring a RN Clinic Manager to join our Family Care Program team. This is a full-time opportunity working out of our Vliet location.Clinic Manager Job Responsibilities:

Manages the daily operations of one of Community Care's Primary Care ClinicsResponsible for direct supervision of staff, budget oversight and on-site triage of patients in need of urgent careWill work in close collaboration with Primary Care providers and other Community Care teams

Clinic Manager Job Requirements:

• Education: Nursing Diploma required. Bachelors in Nursing preferred
• Licensure: WI RN licensure and current CPR/AED required
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in geriatric health care setting, including supervisory experience. Preferred management experience

Additional RequirementsIf an LPN, Bachelor's degree in nursing would be achieved within 5 years. Consideration would be given to Community Care, Inc. LPN's who are currently enrolled in an RN program.
