Job Details

Registered Nurse - Quality Assurance

* Full-time, Permanent
* Monday - Friday (Days, NO weekends, NO holidays)
* Seeking an RN to provide clinical quality assurance within a Skilled Nursing setting to health plan members
* Monitor quality metrics & HEDIS scores, reduce hospitalization, adjust care plans, coordinate specialty services

Qualifications:
* Must be a Registered Nurse
* Prefer 2 or more years related clinical experience in Home Health, Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long Term Care, LTAC, Rehab, health insurance, or related specialty area
* Experience with case management, utilization management, quality assurance, or quality improvement
* Knowledge of CMS regulations
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
