Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition or medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
