Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced RN Director Coordinator to lead and oversee a CNA School in Newport Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of the CNA training program
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing assistant curriculum in compliance with state regulations
• Supervise and mentor CNA instructors and support staff
• Ensure program compliance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) standards and requirements
• Coordinate clinical rotations and maintain relationships with healthcare facility partners
• Monitor student progress, performance, and program outcomes
• Manage program enrollment, scheduling, and student records

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Prior experience in nursing education, staff development, or CNA instruction preferred
• Knowledge of CDPH Title 22 regulations governing CNA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with curriculum development and adult learning principles is a plus
• Passionate about healthcare education and student success
