Description

We invite dedicated healthcare professionals to become a part of our dynamic team at the newly expanded Medical Center of the Rockies Emergency Department. This is your opportunity to join Lovelands only Level 1 Trauma Center at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation. Our state-of-the-art facilities and collaborative culture empower you to make a meaningful impact every day - come shape the future of emergency care with us.

We are also recruiting for multiple shifts and multiple FTEs at our other North ED facilities: Poudre Valley Hospital Greeley, Harmony Road, and West Greeley FRED.

Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year).

FTE Full Time 0.9 (72.00 hours per pay period, 2 weeks)

Shift Nights

Pay $35.29 - $54.71/hour. Pay is dependent on applicants relevant experience.

In addition to base pay and night shift differential, full-time night shift RNs are eligible to participate in UCHealths night shift incentive pay program upon completion of orientation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years experience).
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing RN experience.
  • ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
  • CPI, TNCC, ATCN, and ENPC within 1 year of hire.
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Emergency Department Direct care includes Emergency Department level of care up to and including Level 1 trauma designation. BCENs certification standards are included in evidence-based care models.
