Promotes customer service initiatives and applies the mission of the organization in daily practice Demonstrates consistency in ability to perform skills and procedures. Assumes individual accountability for nursing practice ensuring safe, efficient care delivered through the nursing process Appropriately and accurately documents on the electronic medical record in a timely fashion Actively demonstrates behaviors that support the Code of Ethics of Emergency Nursing Promptly responds to call lights & patient/family requests Performs EKG & phlebotomy Promptly answers telephone All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Current licensure RN Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation) CPI De-escalation training certification (obtain within 6 months) Basic computer skills Shift: FT – Nights – 7p-7a; PT – Nights 7p-7a; FT - Days - 7a-7p |
