Overview
Provides direct care to employees using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Performs occupational health related functions for employees such as phlebotomy, immunizations, respiratory fit testing, and vision screening. Serves as a role model for office staff in areas of communication, customer service and clinical skills. Coordinates injured worker''s documentation with Comp 1.
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required: Education: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with current Alabama licensure. Experience: 5 years experience required. Experience in occupational health or clinic setting preferred. Additional Skill/Abilities: BCLS required within the orientation period.
