What Youll Do
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess patient, family, and group learning needs and implement appropriate education strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Delegate responsibilities and manage nursing team resources appropriately.
- Use clinical data and information to evaluate care and support optimal outcomes.
- Adapt communication and care approaches to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You Need
Required:- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Current Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current PALS certification.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, computer, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
Preferred:- Bachelors degree in nursing.
- Certification in a clinical specialty area.
