What Youll Do
- Deliver patient care effectively using the nursing process.
- Assess patient, family, and group learning needs and implement appropriate education strategies.
- Communicate with, delegate to, and manage nursing team resources appropriately.
- Serve as a leader and collaborative partner on the interdisciplinary care team.
- Use data, information, and clinical knowledge to evaluate care and promote optimal outcomes.
- Adapt communication, explanations, and care approaches to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Support patient privacy, safety, regulatory compliance, and professional standards of nursing practice.
What You Need
Required:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications.
Preferred:- Bachelors degree in nursing.
- Certification in a clinical specialty area.
