What Youll Do
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Delegate responsibilities and manage nursing team resources appropriately.
- Use clinical data and information to evaluate care and support optimal outcomes.
- Adapt communication and care practices to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You Need
Required:- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Crisis Prevention Institute certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
- At least 2 years of experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications
Preferred:- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
