About the Role: Feliheal Home Healthcare Services is urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to step into the Director of Nursing (DON) role in Chester, NJ. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations and patient care delivery within the home healthcare setting
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
Conduct patient assessments, care plan development, and ongoing monitoring of patient outcomes
Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards for home health agencies
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for clinical personnel
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or a related setting
Prior supervisory or Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care
