Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Westborough, MA.

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 32 Guaranteed Hours/Week | On-Call/Weekend: No
Location: Westborough, MA; Coverage areas include Leominster and surrounding towns; Mileage reimbursed between patient visits per contract company.
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 14 Week/s
Pay Range: $52-$54/hour
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate patient needs.
• Complete OASIS assessments and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Provide patient-centered care while promoting safety, independence, and quality of life in the home setting.

Requirements:
• License(s): Active RN license
• Certification(s): BLS
• Years of experience: 1+
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: OASIS experience preferred; Home care experience preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
