Pay Rate: $2,560 – $2,650/week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, nursing supervision, and support across hospital departments during the night shift.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending license accepted.

• Previous House Supervisor, Nursing Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Charge RN experience preferred.

• Acute care hospital experience preferred.

• Ability to provide clinical leadership and support during the night shift.

• Must be available every third weekend.

• Must live outside the 100-mile local radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing supervision during the assigned night shift.

• Provide clinical backup and support primarily for the Emergency Department.

• Provide clinical support to Med Surg and Special Care areas.

• Assist nursing staff with clinical decision-making and patient care needs.

• Support hospital operations and address staffing or patient-care concerns during the shift.

• Provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff across hospital departments.

• Respond to clinical situations and coordinate appropriate resources as needed.

• Support quality patient care in a Critical Access Hospital environment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
