Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU

Location: Adventist Health Specialty Bakersfield CA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $70-75/hour
Shift: Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical ICU at Adventist Health Specialty Bakersfield. The RN will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Current BLS certification.

• Current ACLS (AHA) or ALS (ARC) certification.

• Epic experience required.

• Previous ICU nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
