Location: Morristown, NJ
Pay: $50–$53/hour
Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (Nights)
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, typically a set schedule from M - F.
Must be open to weekends if needed
Job Summary
A-Line Staffing is now hiring RN – ICU in Morristown, NJ!
This Registered Nurse position provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the pediatric-to-geriatric continuum. The RN will perform thorough patient assessments, deliver direct clinical care, monitor changes in patient conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of ICU experience and is comfortable floating between critical care and step-down departments as needed.

- Perform systematic, comprehensive, and accurate patient assessments.
- Provide direct patient care and demonstrate competency with emergency equipment and procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions and prioritize care based on individual needs and changes in condition.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, patient progress, and education.
- Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and National Patient Safety Goals.
- Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative patient education.
- Demonstrate knowledge of surgical procedures, anesthesia, and perioperative patient care.
- Review Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) orders for appropriateness and potential omissions.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience.
- Active RN license required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
