• Temporary Nurses work a maximum of 6 months and receive a generous stipend to help offset the cost of travel and housing. If you are hired in a permanent position after your assignment, you will be eligible for Hiring Bonus and Relocation Assistance at the time of permanent offer.

Pay Range: $44.27 - $71.09 per hour, based on experience

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. Multiple openings may be available.

What You'll Do

As an ICU RN, you'll provide exceptional patient-centered care while serving as a key member of the critical care team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Monitoring and caring for critically ill patients
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently
• Delegating care appropriately to support team members
• Promoting patient safety and quality standards
• Participating in professional development and continuous learning opportunities

What You'll Bring

Required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Minimum one year of continuous ICU RN experience within the past 36 months

OR

• Completion of an ICU New Graduate Training Program or New-to-Specialty Fellowship

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Additional Requirements

• ACLS certification within six months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six months of hire
