RN – Albuquerque, NM | 13 Weeks

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in a rehabilitation setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy patient-centered care and helping individuals regain independence.

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (30-minute meal break)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Description:

The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehab setting, focusing on recovery, mobility improvement, and overall wellness. Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitoring patient progress and documenting accurately

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, physicians, etc.)

• Educating patients and families on recovery plans and discharge instructions

• Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active NM RN license

• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience (rehab or med-surg experience preferred)

• Strong clinical and communication skills
