What Youll Do:
As an RN in Labor & Delivery, you will be an integral part of a specialized team, coordinating and delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care for mothers and infants. Your expertise will support families during one of the most significant moments of their lives, utilizing your clinical skills, critical thinking, and a caring attitude to ensure positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Valid and current RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact) with BLS certification.
Minimum of 70 beds in your current nursing practice experience.
Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills to support clinical documentation and communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies while maintaining professionalism and respect.
Strong time management and analytical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and critical thinking.

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal health nursing.
Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or fetal monitoring.
Experience working in a hospital setting with high patient volumes.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors degree preferred.
Prior hands-on experience in labor and delivery or maternal-child health nursing.

Other Requirements:

Day shift availability from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexibility to work varied days, including weekends (minimum every other weekend), holidays (minimum 2 major, 2 minor), and on-call as needed.
Willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held.
Reliable transportation and ability to meet agency onboarding requirements, including completing necessary documentation within 3 days of request.
