Job Summary: This role requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide compassionate, safe, and evidence-based care to patients and their families. This is a 12-hour shift, 3 days each week, for a total of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
Record, evaluate, and communicate patient conditions in alignment with clinical protocols.
Coordinate across all disciplines to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
Execute physician and nursing directives with diligence and accuracy.
Assess discharge planning requirements and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe transition of care.
Skills:
RN Labor and Delivery expertise.
Active Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary coordination.
