We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The nurse will work closely with residents, families, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
Qualifications
Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred, but candidates with other clinical backgrounds may be considered.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
BLS certification preferred/required.
Experience with PointClickCare or another electronic medical record (EMR) is a plus.
