RN/LPN Position Highlights

Maintain clinical competency through the application of nursing knowledge, leadership, and strong communication. Utilize the nursing process to lead patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care. Demonstrate organizational skills to prioritize workflow and meet diverse patient needs. Integrate current standards of practice and regulatory requirements into daily nursing services. Apply continuous quality improvement and problem-solving skills to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Tennessee RN or LPN license (Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply).
• A heart for senior care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
