Initiate and follow preventative measurements to protect residents from undue injury, illness or trauma with the goal of developing, maintaining, and improving the residents’ physical well-being which will enable them to reach the highest possible degree of wellness. Be a participating member of the Park Place/Sycamore Run team assisting in the general well-being of the residents.

Please note that Cedar Lake Lodge, Park Place, and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities, placing us under the “CMS Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule.” Under this rule, employees must be vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to employment. |
