RN / LPN Unit Manager – Skilled Nursing (Full-Time)

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team full-time.

As a Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role on your unit-overseeing clinical care, supporting staff, and ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care. This is a hands-on position ideal for a nurse who values both leadership and patient connection.

What You'll Do:

• Complete RN/LPN assessments and clinical documentation
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on your unit
• Investigate resident incidents/accidents and update care plans accordingly
• Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care treatments
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A team-oriented, resident-focused approach to care

Compensation:

• RN: $95,500 - $100,000/year (DOE)
• LPN: $83,000 - $90,000/year (DOE)
