Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Duration: 8 Weeks
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care assignment in Velva, North Dakota. This opportunity is ideal for nurses dedicated to delivering quality patient care and supporting residents in a skilled nursing environment.
The RN will provide direct nursing care, perform patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive resident outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and monitor resident conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinical records
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Support patient safety, comfort, and dignity
Respond appropriately to resident needs and condition changes
Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines
Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to residents
Assist with care coordination and communication among healthcare teams
Requirements
Active RN License required
Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Current BLS Certification required
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
