Job Posting: RN - MedSurg Tele Float

Location: Boston, MA

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Estimated Travel Package:

• Hourly Rate: $29.71
• Weekly Stipend: $1302.00 ($553.00 Weekly Meal + $749.00 Weekly Lodging)
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2340 .00

Unit: MedSurg Tele Float

Shift: 12-hour shifts

Notes:

• Shift: 36-hour Day/Night Rotation, Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday
• Required Experience:
• 2+ years of recent acute experience
• Proficiency in IVs, telemetry, and phlebotomy
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units
• Must pass tele test on day 1 with 85% or better
• Preferred Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience
• Familiarity with EPIC
• Previous float experience
• Adaptability to 6 different MedSurg Tele units and Observation unit
• Orientation Flexibility: Must be available to be flexible during 1st-week orientation, including Monday-Friday day shifts.
