RN - Medical/Surgical Tele (MS/Tele)

Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour
= Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:

" Provide nursing care on an Intermediate Care (IMC) Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
" Work day shifts on a 3x12 schedule
" Assess, monitor, and care for patients requiring intermediate-level medical-surgical and telemetry services
" Perform cardiac monitoring, medication administration, patient assessments, and treatment interventions
" Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
" Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner EMR system
" Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
" Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
" Cerner experience required
" Must be a graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
" Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state/district
" Required Certifications:

• NIHSS
• BLS
• ACLS
  " BSN highly preferred
  " Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
