Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service);Ability to pass criminal background checkAbility to pass required trainingsA Valid driver’s license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record and reliable transportation; A High school diploma or GED; Flexibility, positive attitude. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform CPR/First Aid/AED, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, push, pull and reach, climb stairs, safely navigate residential and community environments, and operate an organizational vehicle.
