Job Description:

Mercury Group Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a Nursing Admin Float Pool in Missoula, Montana. This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can utilize your nursing skills to provide exceptional patient care across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Float between different units as needed, adapting to the needs of each department.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
