Job Description: SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE FOR NEW HIRES - UP TO $10,000! Provides nursing care and guidance to patients from initial contact through the continuum of care. Guides patients on treatment plans, next steps in appointments, and assists with scheduling follow-up appointments. Tracks outcomes of referrals and treatments, maintaining detailed records to measure program effectiveness. Develops and implements patient education programs and tools. Provides psychosocial support, including facilitation of support groups.

Education: • Bachelors of Nursing [Required] • Field of Study: N/A

Work Experience: • 1+ years in acute care nursing [Required] • 1+ years in an oncology setting [Preferred] • Oncology nursing experience [Preferred]
