What You'll Bring:
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in your practicing state.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in perioperative or outpatient surgery settings.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association.
Proficiency in computer applications, electronic health records, and web-based health tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to delegate and supervise licensed and ancillary team members professionally and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing.
Certification in a clinical specialty relevant to outpatient surgery.
Previous experience in ambulatory surgical centers or outpatient surgical units.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work a 12-hour shift, with coverage starting from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM shift schedule.
Physical capacity to perform heavy lifting and exert exertion as required by the role.
Exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases as part of routine operations.
Compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
