Join Our Team as an RN - Operating Room (OR) Specialist and Make a Difference in Patient Care!

Are you a skilled and passionate Registered Nurse ready to elevate your career in a dynamic surgical environment? As an RN - OR, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care during some of the most critical procedures. What You Bring to the Table:
  • Valid RN License in your practicing state
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialties such as Neuro Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, or Plastics
  • Certifications in DaVinci Robotics and Mako Robotics are highly desirable
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal, and delegation abilities
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills
  • Ability to utilize the nursing process effectively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills That Benefit Your Candidacy:
  • Experience with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in assessing learning needs and implementing educational strategies
  • Knowledge of current healthcare laws, standards, and compliance requirements

Preferred Educational Background & Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Over 2 years of specialized operating room experience, particularly in robotics and complex surgeries

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift, 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM schedule
  • Willingness to sustain exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
  • Must adhere to occupational safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Travel and licensure-related reimbursements available as applicable
