    About the Role:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient‑focused doctor’s office. As part of our team, you will play a meaningful role in positively impacting the health and well‑being of our community. This position offers an excellent work–life balance with daytime hours, no weekends, and no major holidays, all within a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, vitals, and clinical documentation

    • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatment plans

    • Administer medications and vaccinations

    • Conduct triage (phone or in-office) and deliver patient education

    • Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals

    • Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment

    • Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Active RN license in New York State

    • Strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills

    • Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting (or willingness to train)

    • Current CPR for Professional Rescuer Certification

    $76,377.60 - $80,620.80

    For over 75 years, the Center for Disability Services has been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities.

    With more than 80 locations throughout 15 counties, we annually provide programs and services to over 12,000 individuals, ranging from infants to senior citizens, and their families. We provide services for over 300 different diagnoses of disabilities included Cerebral Palsy, developmental disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Autism Spectrum disorders, epilepsy, spina bifida, TBI and Down syndrome.
