    Sibley Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital serving the Washington, DC area. Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms.

    As an RN in the Pre-op/Phase II Recovery Unit, you will prep and recover patients having surgery in our 13 room OR which provides variety of services to include, but not limited to, Plastic Surgery, GYN, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Vascular Surgery, and Robotics.

    Shift: Full-time days, 10 hour day shift

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
    • Active RN license in the District of Columbia
    • BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training required
    • PACU or ICU expereince preferred, will train the right acute care nurse

    Salary Range: Minimum 43.25/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
