- EMR: Point Click Care
- Ratios: Day/Evening shift ratio 1 nurse, 2-3 cnas and 20 residents, NOC shift ratio 1 nurse, 2-3 cnas and 40 residents
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: COPD, dementia, Parkinsons, MS, CHF
- Job Duties: med pass, wound care, fole care, ostomy care, supervise CNAs/TMAs
- Are there IVs or titratable drips?: No
- Do RN's read strips?: No
- Physician availability after hours?: Yes
- Medication Dispensing System: Blister pack cards
- Pharmacy on-site?: Yes
- Shifts Details: 8hr or 12hr shifts
