RN Registered Nurse Part Time/PRN

Argan Home Care in Port Charlotte, FL is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time or PRN basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and skilled nursing services in a home care setting
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered by the physician
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous home health, med-surg, or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
