The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse in our 14‑bed Inpatient Rehab Unit, you'll provide direct, patient‑centered care that aligns with clinical standards and PeaceHealth's values. You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team-including specialized rehabilitation physicians, skilled therapists, case managers, and rehab‑focused RNs-all committed to helping patients maximize their function for a safe and successful return to their community.

This is a full time, night‑shift position (1830-0700)-a schedule designed to support work‑life balance while offering meaningful engagement in patient care.

• Level II trauma rehabilitation designation

• Robust collaboration with 10 highly skilled therapists across PT, OT, and SLP
• Patients receive 3+ hours of therapy, 5-6 days a week, tailored to individual goals

Your contribution directly supports patients overcoming injury, illness, or neurologic conditions-helping them regain independence and quality of life.

What You Bring

• Current Washington RN licensure (required by date of hire)
• BLS for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association (required by date of hire)
• At least one year of RN experience
• A commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care and a belief in the power of teamwork

• Hourly rate $56.92-$86.09 (DOE & CBA
• Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications
