A healthcare agency is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight without field visits. This role focuses on staff supervision, training, compliance, and quality of care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising, training, and evaluating RN staff

• Ensuring compliance with DOH and accreditation standards

• Conducting internal audits and incident reviews

• Supporting policy updates and emergency preparedness

• Partnering with HR and coordination teams

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN license

• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience

• Background in home care, hospital, or healthcare settings

• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
