Position Details Job Title: RN Supervisor Status: Part-Time Department: Resident Care Reports To: Director of Nursing Pay Type: Non-Exempt Location: Health Care Responsibilities Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff to ensure residents' care needs are met. Administer medications accurately and efficiently. Assess and monitor wounds, provide wound care, and promote healing and skin integrity. Maintain accurate resident records and complete required clinical documentation. Collaborate with the care team to determine appropriate treatments and changes in resident care. Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the Director of Nursing or on-call providers. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility, as needed. Educate residents and caregivers on wound care, infection prevention, and pressure ulcer prevention. Follow all safety, infection control, emergency, and resident rights policies. Respond promptly to emergency calls and report incidents or concerns appropriately. Maintain resident confidentiality and promote dignity, respect, and independence. Provide professional, courteous customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule with the Administrative Nursing Team. Perform other duties as assigned.
