Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires availability every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing personnel.
• Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain adequate coverage, including every other weekend shifts.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule.
