Job Title: RN - Telemetry
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7:00P - 7:30A (EOW + 4th shift per month)
Hourly rate: $53/ hour on W2 Negotiable
- Education: BSN required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Telemetry Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital-based Tele experience (mandatory)
- Licensure: Active New York State RN License
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Required Skills: Telemetry, Med-Surg, ventilator management, and EPIC experience highly preferred
- Patient Care: Provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care
- Clinical Responsibilities: Patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, patient education, and discharge planning
- Patient Experience: Effective communication, compassionate care, purposeful hourly rounding, and patient/family support
- Quality & Safety: Follow hospital protocols, maintain accurate documentation, identify safety risks, and support quality improvement
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and delegate tasks appropriately
- Operations: Support patient throughput, resource management, and charge nurse duties as assigned
