RN Unit Manager

Hazelhurst Court Care and Rehab is hiring a RN Unit Manager to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Unit Manager utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that overall management of the day-to-day clinical operations and the nursing care that is delivered to the residents. Delegates the coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to appropriate staff.
