    Employment Type: Per Diem
    Shift: Rotating, Weekends
    Hours Per Week: As scheduled

    Hiring Range: Starting at $38.50/hourly

    The posted pay range contains shift differentials. Registered Nurses (RN's) are eligible for additional compensation based on the shifts worked.
    • Weekday evening shift - additional 10%, plus $2.00 per hour
    • Weekday night shift - an additional 15%, plus $3.00 per hour 
    • Weekend day shift – an additional 10%
    • Weekend evening & night shifts – an additional 21%

    Must be able to float between all Urgent Care offices. 

    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as
    appropriate.
    • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
    • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
    • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. 

    Complexity of Work:

    • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal
    supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. 

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
    transfer date.

    Education:

    • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

    • None required.
