Road Supervisor

*Schedule (4pm to 4am)

* Self-Motivated

* Bilingual (English and Spanish)

* Good driving record (NO POINTS within the last 7 years)

* AFTERNOON/ OVERNIGHT shifts a must

WHAT WILL TRAINING BE LIKE:

Once chosen as a candidate and assigned to the operations department, you will follow a strict training schedule. Training will include job shadowing methods, study and testing, along with scenario based learning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee compliance of all company related standards, including guard performance

2. Monitor Post Activity for emergencies, performance issues, and client concerns

3. Prepare status reports, in order to keep the executive staff informed

4. Stand post when necessary

5. Replace golf cart/ patrol tires if emergency requires

6. Train new officers on post

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have supervision experience

2. D & G (armed) Guard License required

3. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to stand post if need to

4. Must be mobile to service various client locations when needed

5. Entrepreneurial and competitive disposition

6. Communication skills and the ability to problem solve
