    Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Roadway Project Manager/ Practice Builder for our Roadway group in Oklahoma City, OK.

    Responsibilities

    As a Roadway Practice Builder you will serve in a role focusing on the growth and expansion of Kimley-Horn's client base with a focus on DOT and municipal transportation in the Oklahoma City area and beyond.

    In this role, you will partner closely with other growth-minded leaders in the firm.

    In addition, we have a robust dedicated Marketing team that will provide additional support in developing market strategy and assist with proposal leadership.

    Collectively we will achieve rapid and high-quality growth in existing and new markets.

    We believe this role will allow you to leverage many strengths, resulting in a direct impact on our firm's stability and growth in identified focus areas.

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Oklahoma
    • Track record of successfully winning and delivering work
    • Established relationships with DOT and/or local municipalities
    • 10 years plus experience in civil design of urban roadways, freeways, and interchanges
    • Demonstrated ability to manage roadway projects profitably through agency specifications
    • Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
    • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to manage staff, and direct resources effectively with a positive impact
