We're hiring Robot Weld Operators for our 2nd shift team in Walworth,NY
If you have experience in welding—whether from school, training, hobbies, or past jobs—this could be the perfect opportunity to build a career. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating robotic welding equipment, inspecting welds, and ensuring safe, high-quality output. We offer full support and training, plus real opportunities for advancement for self-starters and go-getters.
Shift Hours:
Training on 1st shift - 6am to 230pm - Monday - Friday
2nd shift - 230pm to 1am - Monday - Thursday
Pay: $19 - $20.50 per hour
Shift differential will also apply

Key Responsibilities
- Read the statement of work to understand welding tasks and specifications
- Set up and operate robotic welding machines and related equipment
- Cut and prep components for welding according to precise measurements
- Inspect welded parts and structures for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional equipment and workstations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Welding experience preferred (schooling, training, hobby, or work)
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
- Proficient in English for safety and communication
