Impact youll make

Youll ensure an automated TIG cell is set for success, monitor output for flawless welds, and document each run with precision. When challenges pop up, youll troubleshoot quickly to keep production on track.

Core responsibilities

• Set up automated welding equipment: clean, calibrate, and initiate the production cycle.
• Control parameters: manage speed and other settings to meet spec.
• Validate part prep before welding begins.
• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify dimensions and quality.
• Conduct periodic machine tests to confirm stable operations.
• Diagnose and correct issues in real time during the shift.
• Inspect output to identify and address machine-related defects.
• Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units and keep detailed activity logs.
• Enter setup data into the computer to confirm proper configuration.
• Support additional departments when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator in manufacturing
• Hands-on knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools
• Working knowledge of production procedures and strict adherence to safety/PPE
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and strong teamwork/communication
• Physically capable for an active role
• Mandatory overtime readiness when scheduled
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus

Training is provided on client-specific processes and quality standards so you can ramp up quickly.

Pay, schedule, and location

• $18.00 per hour
• 1st shift: MondayThursday, 6:00am4:30pm (Friday overtime may be scheduled)
• Located in Lancaster
